District Police Poonch Attaches Property of Individual Who Illegally Crossed to Pakistan

District Police Poonch informs the general public that land measuring 06 Kanal 03 Marlas, falling under Khasra No. 817/823/825/808/1941/842 and located at Village Saloonian, Tehsil Mandi, District Poonch, has been proceeded against as per law.

The said property belongs to Nazir Hussain S/O Faqeer Mohd R/O Saloonian, Tehsil Mandi. In accordance with due legal process, the property has been attached under Sections 87/88 CrPC, following the directions of the Hon’ble Court Poonch.

The attachment has been executed in compliance with Order of the Hon’ble Court. The individual had illegally crossed over to Pakistan, in connection with which FIR No. 02/2003, under relevant sections, stands registered at Police Station Mandi.

District Police Poonch reiterates its firm commitment to upholding the rule of law and taking decisive action against individuals involved in unlawful or anti-national activities. The cooperation of the public is sought to strengthen peace and security in the region.
